This is my latest design project for a small company in the industry of Disc Golf. I created this online magazine to allow several users to add content on a weekly basis for the ever growing community of this sport. This site has mainly been an e-commerce store for the sale of disc golf related paraphernalia. We launched this site just in time for the ever coveted Champion Roc Release. These discs are all collector’s items when they come off the line, as they can not be found in stores. 3000 discs were made to fund the United States Disc Golf Championship in Rock Hill, SC. ZoneDriven did something this year that was absolutely ingenious as the discs are now sky rocketing in price only 2 months after their release. There are 5 different stamps and all the combinations of disc type and mold were used to make limited runs of each. Some of the runs are so limited that they only made one of certain combinations. The collectors are exstatic, but the throwers are not so happy as these discs are very hard to come by. I guess they will have to go out and buy a 2001 version as the prices for this years have raised above the coveted first run in a few occasions.
