Programs and Projects

In 2003 I designed & implemented full digital PDF proofing process through email for better visual communication with clients. Originally the process was to the fax proofs to customers for approvals and wait for a fax back with additional comments, design, etc. If they did not have a fax, we would have to mail the proofs to their physical address, which could sometimes take up to a month for approval. In 2005, I continued to improve this process by moving everything online. Starting with emailing proofs, and then moving to an FTP server, and eventually a real time web server. Ultimately the customer could see real time changes to their proofs and design concepts while communicating with me over the phone. The complete approval process moved from 1 month for one approval to 15 minutes per approval which allowed me to increase workload 10 times over for each customer.
